Efficient alumimium frame

The Neuron AL is a mirror image of the carbon-fiber Neuron models, with clean lines and horizontal shock layout.

Many small refinements to the frame design has resulted in a bike that now boasts even more pedalling efficiency thanks to a higher degree of anti-squat.

Better traction and control

A horizontal linkage and optimal pivot positioning increase sensitivity over small and mid-sized hits, with a nice ramp at the end of the stroke, for those bigger hits.

The Neuron features Triple Phase Suspension. Sensitive at the start of the stroke, stable through the middle, and finishes with a progressive ramp.

Great handling at any size

We equip XS - S Neurons with 27.5” wheels and spec 29” wheels on M - XL models. This ensures that all riders experience the same nimble handling, regardless of their height. We also tailor each Neuron’s bar width and stem length its respective frame size, guaranteeing great ride quality.

Dropper post as standard

Every Neuron AL comes with a dropper post to help you quickly transition from climbing to descending.

- Since every tire company seems to measure tires differently, it’s tough to give a simple answer here. We recommended equipping the Neuron AL with 27.5x2.3 to 27.5x2.4 tires mounted on rims with an internal width of 25 millimeters. That combination generally ensures good mud clearance. Naturally, riders should check and verify that there is sufficient tire clearance after installing a new rear tire.
- A very wide range of riders can fit on the Neuron AL—from 1.55 meters (5’1”) up to at least 1.92 (6’4”), depending on a taller rider’s inner leg length.
