What is Bikeleasing?

Bikeleasing saves you up to 40% of the retail price of your chosen bike and approved accessories. Payments are taken monthly from your salary before tax so you end up paying less for your bike. Bikeleasing is perfect for freelancers, self-employed or employees.

You can choose any Canyon bike, including e-bikes, and pair it with a number of approved accessories to create the perfect package. All the approved accessories are shown below. Remember, you’ll need to add a bike lock to your basket worth at least 48 €.

Some employers choose to limit the maximum you can spend, please check with them before applying. Remember to add the cost of the bikeguard and shipping to your order.

How to order with Bikeleasing - Employees

Step 1 - Enter your employers company code into the Bikeleasing portal and get your User ID.
Step 2 - Choose your Canyon and approved accessories, then select Bikeleasing as the payment method. Remember to include a bike lock worth at least 48 € to your order.
Step 3 - Enter your Bikeleasing User ID and wait for your order to be approved.
Step 4 - Once approved, your new bike and gear are shipped.

How to order with Bikeleasing - Self employed

Step 1 - Register on the Bikeleasing portal and create a User ID. This requires a credit check and you’ll need to upload some documents.
Step 2 - Choose your Canyon and approved accessories, then select Bikeleasing as the payment method. Remember to include a bike lock worth at least 48 € to your order.
Step 3 - Enter your Bikeleasing User ID and wait for your order to be approved.
Step 4 - Once approved, your new bike and gear are shipped.

Bikeleasing FAQs

- Bikeleasing includes Employer Contingency Insurance that covers any unforeseen changes in employment.
- If you want to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of the order being dispatched. Please note that you should not mark your order as accepted in the Bikeleasing portal and you should email ecom@bikeleasing.de instead. Your warranty remains unaffected by this process.
- If your bike is stolen you’ll need to contact Bikeleasing directly. Comfort Insurance is included and covers theft, accidental damage and more. Ordering a lock worth 48 € is mandatory with Bikeleasing.
- You need a permanent contract with your employer to use Bikeleasing. Any probationary period must be completed before applying.
- To benefit from the tax saving, accessories need to be permanently attached to the bike. Helmets, shoes and clothing cannot be included in the lease.
- Regular servicing keeps your bike safe and helps it retain value. Bikeleasing offer an additional servicing package that provides regular service check ups. There is also an additional wear and tear insurance that covers damage caused by use.
