Bikeleasing includes Employer Contingency Insurance that covers any unforeseen changes in employment.

If you want to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of the order being dispatched. Please note that you should not mark your order as accepted in the Bikeleasing portal and you should email ecom@bikeleasing.de instead. Your warranty remains unaffected by this process.

If your bike is stolen you’ll need to contact Bikeleasing directly. Comfort Insurance is included and covers theft, accidental damage and more. Ordering a lock worth 48 € is mandatory with Bikeleasing.

You need a permanent contract with your employer to use Bikeleasing. Any probationary period must be completed before applying.

To benefit from the tax saving, accessories need to be permanently attached to the bike. Helmets, shoes and clothing cannot be included in the lease.

Regular servicing keeps your bike safe and helps it retain value. Bikeleasing offer an additional servicing package that provides regular service check ups. There is also an additional wear and tear insurance that covers damage caused by use.
