Helpful tips to get the best from your test ride

There’s no need to pre-book a test ride. However, you will be required to check-in at our welcome desk when you arrive so we can select your test bike. You can also request a 30 minute consultation if you’re unsure which bike you’d like to ride, or which size is required.
There’s no need to wear cycling kit for your test ride. Simply wear something comfortable which allows you a full range of motion.
You can of course wear cycling shoes for your ride. We’ve got plenty of pedals and will install the right ones for you.
We recommend you wear a helmet for safety.
All test rides will take place around the Canyon site on asphalt and gravel, supervised by our team. You are not permitted to ride unsupervised, or on the public roads.
