Ryzon X Canyon Myth Skinsuit
Worn to victory in record breaking time by Jan Frodeno at the 2019 Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, the Ryzon X Canyon Verge Aerosuit is built for speed. Developed in close partnership with Jan, the suit has been painstakingly tested to ensure maximum performance on race day. Using Graphene Gridflow Technology, Advanced Compartment System and premium materials from Italy, this suit heralds a new generation of performance triathlon suits.
Graphene Gridflow Technology (G.T.T) provides perfect temperature regulation. Graphene- a revolutionary material- helps to distribute body heat over a wide area and is printed on a lining via a special technique and then processed into the material. During races, the conductivity of graphene is used to direct cold to selected body parts, therefore providing fast, targeted temperature regulation and actively contributes towards cooling the entire body. Thanks to the graphene guidance system, the cold reaches the entire torso, the main arteries of the groin and the thighs. This system of constant cooling helps support optimal thermoregulation even under extreme conditions. The double pocket system of the suit features an inner pocket on the chest consisting of two chambers- an upper section for hydration bags and a lower section to store wet sponges or ice.
The foundation of the Aerosuit is built on the use of proven fabrics, including an aerodynamic fabric on the arms and shoulders that has been extended to the torso. This ultra-light material contains microscopic elevations with a feel that resembles sandpaper and reduces air and water resistance, ensuring a dynamic, compressive fit. Coldblack technology is also used to protect against uV rays and heat in direct sunlight. Glued seams ensure a perfect fit and reduce chafing, while the chamois pad offers freedom of movement and all-day comfort.
