For deliveries to Germany and Austria, we ship your order with DHL. Exceptions to this are Dude and Speedmax CF SLX deliveries, which are carried out by UPS. -

In all other countries we ship your order with UPS. -

All e-bikes are shipped exclusively by DHL Freight. The exception to this is the United Kingdom where all e-bikes (apart from the Precede:ON and Pathlite:ON) are shipped by UPS.
Shipments via DHL Freight will be communicated to the customers via phone and all other shipments (DHL and UPS) will be communicated as usual via email.
