Power meters let you know how your engine is doing in real time. They’re essential if you want to bring out your best, which is why the Grail CFR AXS comes equipped as standard with accurate Quarq spider power meters. Training or toeing the line at Unbound, you’ll always set the perfect pace.

Ergonomic evolution

For long days on gravel roads your contact points have to be on point and the new Double Drop Bar delivers the perfect mix of ergonomic and aggressive riding positions thanks to in-depth testing and collaboration with our pro riders. The aero-optimised bar is easy to travel with thanks to semi-internal cable routing.

Get in the groove

From pushing to finish the race before sunset to big days out exploring with friends, gravel riding comes in many forms and the best bike can adapt to however you want to ride. The Gear Groove on the Grail’s new Double Drop Bar allows you to elegantly integrate aero bars as well as smartphone, bike computer and light mounts to the handlebars.

Integrated storage

Never hit the road without your repair kit thanks to the down tube integrated storage system. The unique design allows you to securely stash an inner tube*, levers*, and inflator* in a special noise-dampening pouch*, while your mini tool (included) and pump* lock into an easy-to-access hatch within the down tube. *Parts sold separately

Loaded and locked

The Canyon LOAD FidLock QuickLoader bag* was made specially for the Grail and can be easily attached and removed using a special magnetic clip system. The bag fits seamlessly into the frame and even improves aerodynamics by 1.5 watts in the wind tunnel. *Parts sold separately

CANYON GRAIL | The Story Behind The New Fast

Bike classification

Bikes of this category are designed for riding on hard-surface roads where the wheels remain in permanent contact to the ground. These are in general road racing bicycles with racing handlebars or straight handlebars, triathlon or time trial bicycles. The permissible maximum overall weight comprising rider, luggage and bicycle should not exceed 120 kg. Under certain circumstances this permissible maximum weight can be further limited by the component manufacturers’ recommendations for use. Proven cyclocross and gravel bikes with racing handlebars and cantilever or disc brakes are a special case in this category. In addition, these bikes are also suitable for gravel paths and off-road trails where a short loss of tyre contact with the ground due to small stairs or steps at a height of 15 to 20 cm can occur.
