The Ultimate AL is without any shadow of a doubt one of the best alloy frames in the world and even leaves carbon frames in its wake in all the tests. The One One Four SLX test winning fork weighs in at just 320g. The coloured surfaces highlight further the organic tube shapes and give the sleek alloy bike an even more race like appearance. The well balanced Sport Pro-geometry based on the principle of stack and reach is designed for demanding racing cyclists and represents a happy medium between the competitive and comfort riding position. For even greater comfort we'll be offering an Ergospeed model in 2013 with the brand new VCLS Post 2.0, shock absorbing Canyon Ergospeed gel handlebar tape, 25mm tyres and a premium Selle Italia Race saddle. As a rule not all these conditions are fulfilled (a bike is also categorized as category 2 if, for example, the orange line on the top tube doesn't fulfil Canyon's quality standards but the bike otherwise displays no defects). As with all Outlet-bikes we give the same guarantee as on a current serial bike on all bikes in the category 2. Furthermore, the bikes are all built up by our workshop staff, checked and, if required, readjusted.
