• What happens when the leasing period ends?

  • Around three months before your lease ends, Business Bike will send you an offer to buy the bike. You can either accept or reject this offer. If you accept, we will issue an invoice and collect the purchase price. If you reject the offer, Business Bike will arrange to pick up the bike free of charge.

• What happens if I have to end my lease early?

  • That’s no problem. You can often transfer the lease to a new employer, hand over your leasing contract to another person, buy the bike, or return the bike, depending on your situation.

• What is the Business Bike mobility guarantee?

  • The mobility guarantee provides free additional coverage during the lease term, protecting against mobility loss due to theft, accidents, or breakdowns. If your bike is stolen, damaged, or breaks down, you will receive a replacement or repair service to ensure you remain mobile.

• Does Business Bike offer a servicing package?

  • Yes, Business Bike offers a servicing package with three different service budgets for maintenance and wear and tear: Basic which covers €75 of work per year, Premium which covers €175, and Pro which covers €300.

• What happens if my bike is stolen?

  • If your bike is stolen, you’re covered under Business Bike’s fully comprehensive insurance. However, please note that if you lose your bike, the insurance doesn’t cover that.
