What is leasing?

Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike saves you up to 50% of the retail price of your chosen bike. Payments are taken monthly from your salary before tax so you end up paying less for your bike. You can use your leasing bike however you want, not just for commuting.

Some employers choose to limit the maximum you can spend, please check with them before applying. Remember to add the cost of the Bike Guard and shipping to your order. To lease through Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike, your employer must be signed up with Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike. If your employer isn’t signed up yet, they can register on the Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike website.

How to order with Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike

Step 1 - Create a customer account in your company's Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike portal.
Step 2 - On Canyon.com, choose your dream bike and select Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike as the payment method. Enter the email address you registered with Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike and buy your bike.
Step 3 - Complete the order in your Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike customer account. You will be kept up to date on the progress of your order until delivery.
Step 4 - After approval, your order will be processed and assembled by Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike at your employer's premises, or optionally delivered to your home.

Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike FAQs

- When your employment contract ends, so does the leasing contract. If your employment ends before the end of the leasing period, your HR department will inform Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike. You will then receive an email with multiple offers for you to choose between (return, purchase, private leasing, or transfer to your new employer if applicable).
- If your bike gets stolen, log into your account on your company's Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike portal, and report the incident immediately on the theft report page.
- Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike’s leasing terms are based on the original bike price. If you add a sale or outlet bike to your cart, the discount will be removed and not taken into account.
- Regular maintenance keeps your bike working safely, and helps it hold its value longer. Mein Dienstrad / Company Bike offers an annual inspection package that you can select when you order your bike. You can find more details about the annual inspection in your personal customer account.
- The bike includes a comprehensive cover and protection plan from major German insurers ROLAND AG that covers unexpected damage or destruction. Your employer automatically arranges your bike’s insurance for you.
