Closer to you. Wherever you ride.

Great riding experiences start long before your bike hits the road. That’s why we’re investing in a stronger setup across the Asia-Pacific region, so we can be closer to you, respond faster, and deliver an even better Canyon experience wherever you ride.

What does that mean for you? Shorter waits, smoother deliveries, and bikes that better fit your riding needs, right from the start.

Why this matters for you

You deserve a fast, seamless Canyon experience, no matter where you ride. Our recent investments help us get your bike to you faster, reduce shipping distances and complexity, and better reflect local riding styles and preferences.

Less distance. Less friction. More time on the bike.

What’s changing

To bring Canyon closer to riders across the Asia-Pacific region, we’ve strengthened our local infrastructure with a new warehouse in Hong Kong and launched a dedicated Asia-Pacific online store.

By reducing shipping distances and improving regional fulfilment, we’re creating a more reliable and responsive experience, where it matters most.

Built around the way you ride

These improvements are focused on strengthening the fundamentals of how we serve riders across Asia-Pacific region markets, from pricing and availability to delivery and service. Many of these changes happen behind the scenes, but they’re designed to make your overall Canyon experience simpler and more consistent.

More improvements will roll out over time, and you’ll feel the difference every time you ride.
