Constructed from a blend of Cordura fabrics with a polyurethane coating on the inside, the bag is totally waterproof and with its effective QL3.1 mounting system, quickly and easily attaches to your bike’s rack. Internal compartments allow you to neatly store your belongings and 3M Scotchlite reflectors help keep you visible on the road. The QL3.1 mounting set is not included – only the QL3.1 locking knobs are supplied.
