Due to the high volume of enquiries in our Service Center, we are temporarily unable to offer customer service by phone and chat.

Some customer service teams currently take a little longer to answer all incoming inquiries.

Update on the showroom

Dear Canyon fan,

Our showroom and service workshop are open for you.

Due to the still ongoing legal requirements for the containment of the coronavirus, some safety precautions still apply:

  • Only a limited number of customers may be present in our showroom area. We therefore ask for your understanding that on certain days when we have more customers than usual, waiting times may occur in front of the showroom.
  • Our Café is still closed. However, there is a coffee trolley in front of the bistro, offering fresh coffee, soft drinks and cake.
  • We kindly ask every customer to observe the required mask obligation and the distance regulation of 1.5 meters.
  • In addition to free breathing masks for every visitor, we have disinfectants at the entrance and exit.
  • We continue to do without the usual shaking hands.
  • We regularly disinfect all necessary surfaces, including the handlebars of all bikes at the test bike station after use.

The following relaxations come into effect and we offer these services again:

  • We have set up a PPS station in front of the showroom so that you can have your bike size determined for the subsequent test ride.
  • Test rides without consultation with all our bikes are possible without long waiting times.
  • The service workshop is operational as usual, of course in compliance with the given safety and distance measures.
