Our New Bike Day service is designed to get you riding your new Canyon quickly and comfortably when it arrives.

We'll arrange an appointment for you at our Canyon Demo Center in Carlsbad, California once your bike is delivered.

Let us take care of you and your bike with our special New Bike Day service.

When your bike arrives at our headquarters, we'll unbox and assemble it, charge it (where appropriate), and get it ready for your visit.

Price includes shipping. Then, during your 1-hour consultation, one of our bike experts will provide:

A full, in-depth walkthrough of all your new Canyon’s parts, accessories, and features.
A maintenance guide, with a strong focus on how to care for your brakes, drivetrain, and other moving parts on your bike.
A basic sizing adjustment, utilizing a stationary trainer to make changes to your saddle height, saddle angle, fore and aft, reach, cleat position, stack, handlebar width, and hood orientation. You will receive a copy of your measurements.

We can even help you fit any new accessories like computer mounts, pedals and mudguards. So your bike is ready to ride straight away.
