• Credit card

  • You can pay by credit card online and also when buying at the Canyon.Home in Carlsbad. If you order by phone, you can also give your details directly to the service center colleague you are in contact with. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Your credit card details are transmitted via an SSL-encrypted form. If you purchase your bike or accessories online by credit card, the amount will be reserved when you order: your card will only be debited once your items are dispatched.
    
    Please ensure that your credit limit is sufficient, otherwise your order will not be successful.

• PayPal

  • You can select PayPal as a payment method at the end of the online ordering process. You will then be automatically redirected to the PayPal website to enter your details. The data transfer is SSL-encrypted. You can pay by PayPal for all the products we offer, and there is no upper limit to the amount you can spend. If you purchase your bike or accessories using PayPal, the amount will be reserved when you order: your account will only be debited once your items are dispatched.
    
    Please ensure that both your PayPal account limit and the credit limit of your PayPal payment method are sufficient, otherwise your order will not be successful. Additional information

  • We have partnered with Affirm to give you a simple way to make your purchase with no hidden fees. Financing with Affirm is available for purchases over $2,500.
