In which countries can I get my Canyon e-bike serviced?

We offer service and repairs for Canyon e-bikes in Germany, Austria, Italy, France, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, and Portugal. We can only offer this service in these countries. If you have imported your e-bike into another country, we are not able to send spare parts or collect your bike due to shipping regulations out of our control.
