Canyon's warranty is only valid for Canyon engineered products. If you have a warranty claim for a component from another manufacturer, contact the manufacturer directly. Additional information for non-Canyon manufacturers may be found here.
-
-
-
No. Both warranty and crash-replacement policies only apply to the original owner of a Canyon bicycle. These policies do not transfer.
-
-
-
For the warranty of a Canyon engineered product (frame, rigid fork, stem, handlebar, cockpit, seatpost, etc.), Canyon covers all costs associated with the warranty process. Canyon covers all shipping, labor, and part costs.
-
-
-
You can find detailed information on the range of services covered by the Canyon warranty on the Warranty page.
-
-
-
For the warranty of non-Canyon parts, we will yield to the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to warranty information from Fox and RockShox.
-
-
-
We recommend your Canyon be serviced by a local, professional mechanic or our service partner, Velofix. Canyon Bicycles USA does not have official service centers. You should always have your suspension fork and shock serviced by the manufacturer themselves. Please observe the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty on forks and shocks only remains valid if they are serviced at the specified maintenance intervals.
