With provider approval, qualified individuals will be provided a Letter of Medical Necessity, which unlocks the ability for them to use these pre-tax funds.

How to order with Truemed

Step 1 – Choose your Canyon bike and any eligible accessories, then head to checkout. Select Truemed as your payment method.
Step 2 – Complete the short health survey to confirm eligibility. If approved, you’ll instantly receive your letter of medical necessity via email.
Step 3 – Your HSA/FSA account and/or credit/debit card will be charged 2–3 days before dispatch. Your order then ships as usual, with no delay.

- Truemed is available to US customers who have an active HSA or FSA and use their Canyon bike to support a qualifying health goal.
