Stoic 4 This bike combines the fun factor of a full-suspension bike with the raw speed and efficiency of a hardtail. With a modern, progressive geometry, this thoroughbred trail hardtail has more downhill capability than the Grand Canyon, thanks to its larger suspension reserves and a flatter steering angle.

Robust aluminium frame

The Stoic is built around a rugged frame made of 6061-T6 aluminium. We classify it as a category 4 bike – the same level of toughness and durability as our enduro bikes. From pumptrack and trail riding to the occasional jump session: this progressive hardtail can do it all.

Cable routing made easy

Internally routing your rear derailleur and dropper post cables has never been so simple. We do it by including easy-access entry holes on the head tube and exit holes underneath the bottom bracket, and external routing along the chainstays.
Stoic 4

Greater Tyre Clearance

The special design of the chainstays has two advantages: the extra tyre clearance prevents mud from accumulating easily, and a more compact length makes handling more agile. Depending on the frame size, you can fit tyres of widths up to 2.8 inches (27.5 wheels) or 2.6 inches (29 wheels).

The highlights of this component set

Kitted for the trail: the Stoic 4 features a RockShox fork with 140 mm of travel, 1x12 SRAM shifting, an Iridium dropper seatpost, and wide-rim wheels.

Geometry Table

Understanding your bike's geometry is the key to a great fit and comfortable ride.

Bike classification

This category includes all bikes from categories 1-3. In addition it includes use on very harsh, obstacle-scattered terrain with steep gradients and consequently higher speeds. Regular, moderate jumps pose no problem for experienced riders when using these bikes. Extended and regular use in bike parks and tackling “North Shore” sections should be avoided. Due to increased stresses, these bikes should be checked for damage after every ride. Full suspension bikes with mid-level travel are typical in this category.
