Highlights

What paints a smile across your face? Is it the nerves that comes from the moments before the gun at a gravel race? Or is it a solo ride alone on a deserted trail? Regardless your goals, the Grail CF SLX 8.0 Di2 is ready to play. The Grail CF SLX will give you a platform from which to explore your world comfortably-and at a good clip, if you choose. At 830 grams, this SLX platform represents our featherweight frame that's as stiff as it is light, adept at punching over steep climbs, carrying with speed through muddy singletrack and surfing road switchback descents. The Sport Geometry will give you a slightly less aggressive position, allowing you to strike a good balance between comfort and speed. But perhaps our biggest comfort and performance innovation centers around the Grail's new cockpit. Solving for the biggest downside to gravel riding,-fatigued hands and arms due to the chatter of offroad riding- the Grail Cockpit was engineered to maximize its shock-absorbing qualities, while delivering a beautifully ergonomic design. The comfort extends to the bike's aft with Canyon's S15 VCLS 2.0 leaf spring seatpost, which flexes like a parallelogram under load, isolating the rider from the high-frequency vibrations of rough roads and gravel trails. The frame is loaded with a set of Reynolds Assault ATR Disc Carbon wheels, offered in 650b for the 2XS and XS frame size to ensure the best handling performance across all sizes. Combining these wheels with tires Canyon helped develop with Schwalbe, the G-ONE Bite gravel tire will become the gold standard for gravel grinders, pairing excellent off-road traction with low rolling resistance on pavement. Bosses for fender mounts also provide a great option for protection from the elements during winter training sessions. A proven Shimano Ultegra Di2 groupset will top off the ride with crisp, quick shifting. With the Grail CF SLX 8.0 Di2, it's true: you can push your boundaries (and perhaps pick up some hardware) aboard the ultimate high-performance gravel race ride, and do so in comfort.
