If the thought of testing some Rampage lines really gets your heart pumping, then you’ll love to add the Sender CF 8.0 to your collection of DH racers. With a similar setup to the one used by freeride phenom Thomas Genon at Redbull Rampage, this is a DH bike that can handle sending gaps and taking huge landings. The geometry of the Sender has been designed to keep you absolutely in control of your lines, while the Fox air suspension helps build the momentum on the track. The Fox Performance Elite 40 suspension fork with 200 mm travel is super sensitive, and the rebound is easily adjustable. The Fox Performance Float X2 offers a sensitivity, and small bump tractability while the low/high speed compression and rebound remain easily adjustable. The Shimano Saint drivetrain has been included because it is amazingly durable and has a longevity that you’ll appreciate even under the toughest conditions. The crank is durable and reliable enough for the rugged DH runs you’ll be tackling while the rear derailleur will never skip a shift. With the 4-caliper piston brakes, you’ll never have to doubt how effective your braking power will be. The DT Swiss FR 2020 wheelset uses the same durable rims of the 1950, and with a 27 internal rim width, they can easily support the stable and supple Maxxis Minion DHR II 2.4 inch tires for maximum traction to help you rail corners. For the bars, stem and grips, the Sender CF 8.0 comes with the G5 components from Canyon which are super-robust at level 5 on our durability scale. When you buy the Sender CF 8.0, you’ll have the sort of bike that will encourage you to test the toughest lines with serious confidence.

BIKE CLASSIFICATION: These bikes can be used by technically adept and experienced riders to tackle very challenging, extremely steep terrain with a high number of obstacles. In this category, big jumps are to be expected as well as intensive use in bike parks or on downhil courses. It is essential that these bikes are fully examined for any potential damage after every ride. Further use when using damaged parts could lead to a major component malfunction. In addition, safety-relevant parts should be replaced at regular intervals. Wearing appropriate protective gear is absolutely essential. This category includes long-travel full-suspension bikes as well as dirt bikes.
