1. Information according to the Battery Act (BattG) § 18 paragraph 1

You can return your batteries and rechargeable batteries free of charge after use to our showroom, to a municipal collection point or to your local specialist retailer. As a consumer, you are legally obliged to dispose of batteries and rechargeable batteries properly. Batteries and rechargeable batteries containing substances with very high concern are marked with a symbol consisting of a crossed-out wheeled garbage can and the chemical symbol for the metals cadmium (“Cd”), mercury (“Hg”) or lead (“Pb”):

The return option is limited to batteries and rechargeable batteries of the type that we carry or have carried in our range, and to the disposal of commercially available quantities.




2. Information according to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) § 18 paragraph 3

There is also a legal obligation to properly dispose of or return old electrical and electronic equipment. You can return old appliances free of charge after use and removal of batteries, rechargeable batteries, and lamps in our showroom, at a municipal collection point or at your local specialist retailer. The marking for the separate disposal of electrical and electronic equipment, as with used batteries and rechargeable batteries, is a crossed-out wheeled garbage can:

The return option is limited to small old devices under 25 cm, to old devices that we carry or have carried in our range and to the disposal of commercially available quantities.

3. Data protection notice according to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) § 18 paragraph 3 sentence 5

Your old devices may contain sensitive personal data. This applies in particular to information and telecommunications technology devices such as smart bike computers, PCs, or smartphones. In your own interest, please note that each end user is responsible for deleting personal data on the old devices to be disposed of.
