The Sport Pro geometry means that the frame height/length ratio is virtually identical for all sizes, achieving a happy medium between a racing position and a more comfortable posture.

The narrow seat stays work with the slimmed down Maximus seat tube to increase comfort and with it, your performance. The Campagnolo 11 speed Athena groupset delivers that race feel. The ergonomics and design are rooted in the elite groupset Super Record. Just like the top of the range model, the Ultimate AL 8.0 runs on high end Mavic system wheels. The trusted, lightweight Ksyrium Elite wheelset combines low weight, stiffness and durability to form an attractive overall package. One One Four SLX
The tapered head tube in combination with the tapered steerer tube allow the load to be spread more evenly. This translates into more safety without weight penalty. Large diameters at the fork crown provide better load transfer and reduce the notch effects.

VCLS Technology
The VCLS Stays (Vertical Comfort, Lateral Stiffness) located at the transition of seat tube, top tube and seat stays, are able to absorb the vibrations and lessen the strain on the muscles. This gain in comfort is reinforced by the newly developed Canyon VCLS Post. A Carbon layup with particularly flexible basalt fibres provides a completely new riding experience.

i-Lock headset system
By rendering conventional tube drilling and clamping cones superfluous, the i-Lock headset system protects the carbon steerer from mechanical stress and damages. We were able to save weight thanks to the thin section bearing at the top and the deeply pressed-in, oversized 1 1/2 inch angular contact ball bearing at the bottom guarantees the maximum load rating of the system.

Maximus Seattube
The increasing width of the cross-section of the patented Maximus seat tube increases the lateral stiffness of the frame in the bottom bracket area by 30% compared to a conventional, round seat tube.
