The slim oval tube design, the hourglass shaped head tube, the wing shaped fork blades and the low rear triangle characterize the carbon chassis at first glance. Aerodynamics meets aesthetics: the frame is perfect for the integration of the electronic Di2 shift system from Shimano. The cables can be routed perfectly inside the frame and the battery can be mounted perfectly onto the frame and both fit in beautifully with the overall ensemble. This gives the frame a very tidy overall appearance. Since an aero race bike has to meet much higher demands than simply having a streamlined design, during the design phase of the Aeroad CF particular focus was placed on the parameters stiffness, weight, comfort and safety.

The Press-Fit bottom bracket thus guarantees an organic transition from the down tube and chain stays and guarantees stiffness levels that are an absolute first in the category of aero race bikes.

The Aeroad CF Di2 frameset is equipped with the Canyon Aeroblade SL carbon fork (370g), Ritchey WCS stem (1 1/8 inch), Acros Ai-69 carbon headset with i-Lock system and Canyon VCLS multi-fibre seat post. Only suitable for Shimano Di2 with an external battery!
