profile

Superb lateral stiffness, optimised damping and great riding comfort. With its innovative features, the frame of the Ultimate CF SLX represents the pinnacle of (lightweight) technology among the Canyon racers. The slim tubes, flowing shapes and concealed cables give the bike an attractive look. 100% transfer of power to the road, on steep inclines or in the sprint to the finish – the Press-Fit carbon fibre bottom bracket housing has an extremely wide connection to the asymmetrical chain stays, keeping the frame incredibly resistant to torsion.

The Campagnolo Record groupset is renowned for its precision and speed. The specially developed chainrings mean you can shift gear with pinpoint accuracy in the most challenging conditions. The Evo-Curve handlebar offers maximum comfort on the drops and a more ergonomic position higher up the bar. More forward thrust, more performance, more fun – the Ultimate CF SLX 9.0 PRO.

Highlights

Comfortable seat tube junction
absorbs severe shocks and vibrations

OneOne Four SLX
with weight saving carbon drop-outs

Asymmetric chain stays
guarantee optimum ride performance

Bottom bracket housing with carbon bearing seat
guarantees high levels of stiffness

VCLS Technology
Vertical Comfort, Lateral Stiffness – the VCLS Stays in conjunction with the VCLS Post improve the suspension properties of the frame effectively, without affecting the lateral stiffness. The VCLS Blades on the fork, comprising a special combination of basalt and carbon fibres, complete the Canyon VCLS Technology.

i-Lock headset system
With the special clamping mechanism of the i-Lock headset system the drilling of the steerer tube and the fitting of a clamping cone are no longer necessary. This ensures that the carbon shaft of the fork stays intact and offers maximum safety in every riding situation.

One One Four SLX
The race fork with carbon drop-outs is perfectly integrated into the overall design concept. The special and slimline headset bearings allow a fork steerer diameter of 1¼ inches despite the reduced frontal surface area. The result is maximum stiffness for the sprint and optimum steering precision and safety on the descent.
