The Sag is the most important parameter when setting the spring elements. It shows how much the spring element compresses when sitting on the bike. The correct Sag depents on the rider`s weight and on the condition of the trail.

The Sag Monitor shows how far the damper was compressed. To set it back on its original position, turn the knob clockwise. You need to apply a bit of strenth to do it.

Using the Sag monitor, you can set the Sag preciesely and without misunderstandings. A stay-set indicator shows the Sag for all kinds of use of the bike. Picture 1

Downhill and Enduro bikes usually have a Sag of around 30% to 35%.
