How will I know if I am getting the right size bike?

The Canyon Perfect Positioning System (PPS) is our online tool to help you determine the correct size bike for your body measurements.

With the PPS system you simply enter your measurements and our system does the rest. The PPS tool ensures that you are recommended the correct size for a particular bike type as the geometries of our bikes differ. The PPS tool can be found here.

What are the different ways to order from Canyon?

The easiest way to order a bike from Canyon is through our website! At our homepage simply select the type of bike you're interested in (e.g. Road, Mountain, Fitness) and start shopping.

Is there a Canyon dealer in my area?

Canyon sells its bikes directly and exclusively over the Canyon website. By direct sales we can offer our bikes with a competitive price advantage and without compromises in quality or service. Our trained staff and the PPS system provides for an optimal consultation and size selection.

Can I return the bike if I don’t like it? / What do I need to do to receive a full refund?

In order to be eligible for a full refund please make sure that all accessories and components are sent back with the bike in new condition. This includes any chargers for electronic group-sets, tools, reflectors and the bell. Failure to return all of the goods can result in the value of the missing parts being deducted from the refund.

What payment methods can I use?

Credit Card (Amex/Visa/Master)

PayPal: only available when ordering directly off our website and not when placing orders over the phone.

When paying with my credit card, when will my card be charged?

When your order is placed, the amount due will be authorized on your card as a pending transaction. Your card will be charged when your bike is shipped.
