While our goal is to ensure that that every Canyon owner falls in love with their bike at first sight, we understand that sometimes our customers may need to return their Canyon. We want to make this process as easy as possible.

30 Day Home Trial
All brand-new Canyon bikes come with our industry leading 30 Day Home Trial. We encourage you to assemble, fit, and use your new bike in order to ensure that your new Canyon exceeds your expectations. Original owners may return their bike for a full refund at any point during the first 30 days of ownership provided the bike is returned in like-new condition. Bikes returned with visible, and/or significant signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee.
Here's How to Complete a Return

a. Please have your order number and/or the account number found in your order confirmation email ready.
b. Proof of purchase and original ownership must be submitted to initiate a return. - 2 Re-box Your Canyon

Package your Canyon according to our re-boxing instructions.
a. Please ensure that all original packaging, small parts, tools, and accompanying materials including manufacturer tags where applicable, are included in the box with your return.
How to re-box your Canyon bike - 3 Use the Provided Shipping Label

Use the return shipping label emailed to you by the Canyon Customer Service team.
a. Simply print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at a FedEx Office at your convenience, or prepare it for the agreed pickup, as indicated by our Customer Service Team. Please be sure to cover or remove your original shipping label. - 4 Canyon Inspection

Upon receiving your bike at our California facility, it will be inspected by our team for damage and unusual wear.
a. Products returned in new, unused condition will receive a full refund. Please note that products returned with significant, visible signs of wear or missing components/accessories may be subject to a restocking fee. Canyon will not accept the return of products damaged beyond resalable condition due to crash, abuse, or general misuse. - 5 Refund Issued

Once your return is verified by our team, a refund will be issued to original payment type.
a. Note, from shipment to refund, the return process may take up to 30 days.
Restocking Fee
Product(s) expressing significant signs of use, wear, or visible damage, may be subject to a restocking fee. Depending on the severity of damage to the bicycle, Canyon may charge up to 18% of the stated MSRP of the product. The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. If a restocking fee is assessed, customers will have the option of repossessing their returned bike at the cost of shipping.
