Return Policy

Canyon Bicycles USA, Inc. ("us" "we" or "Canyon") appreciates your business. Your satisfaction is important to us. That is why we offer a generous Return Policy. If you are a consumer who purchased the bicycle directly from Canyon, in your own name and in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, you may return new, unused products (with the exception of some outlet bikes*) purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

- New, unused products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase acceptable to Canyon.

- We will not accept the return of products damaged due to abuse or misuse. You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase acceptable to Canyon.

*Please note, some outlet bikes are final sale and may not be returned. Final sale bicycles have a section detailing product images and visual imperfections or signs of use on the product page.

Returning a product

You will receive a full refund for products returned in new, unused condition and store credit (issued in the form of credits applied to your account) for the return of a used product in good condition as described above. Refunds and credits are issued promptly upon receipt of your return by our Returns Department. Call or chat with one of our representatives in our Customer Service Department at (833) 226-9661 if you need assistance.

Please contact our Service Center for returns. We will generate and send you a return label. Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at a FedEx Office at your convenience, or prepare it for the agreed pickup, as applicable.

Please note, if you are returning an e-bicycle, it is essential that the battery is mounted to the bicycle with a 30%, or less, charge, original packaging is utilized, and ground-shipping is completed. This follows dangerous-goods guidelines. Please note that e-bicycle batteries are considered “hazardous materials,” and they may not be shipped by air. E-bicycles and batteries cannot be shipped by air. You must make arrangements to ground ship any e-bicycle or e-bicycle battery.

Please allow 10-15 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received. We are not responsible for a returned bicycle until it reaches us at our fulfillment center.

Product warranties and warranty returns

Canyon offers a limited warranty and crash replacement program for Canyon bikes purchased directly from Canyon Bicycles USA in the consumer’s own name and in compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
